LOFTEK Pioneer Dimensions

It doesn't take long to realize the quality LOFTEK puts into their products. Right out of the box I could see this thing was rugged. It's simplicity is a great bonus too as it doesn't overwhelm you with a bunch of frills.

My first positive moment with the LOFTEK Pioneer was immediately after unpacking  it from the box. It seemed heavy but that was expected as it is a battery bank after all with 6,600mah of capacity. The simplicity of the design is what really won me over here though, there isn't really a whole lot that can be broken or damaged other than the lens (which is slightly recessed) and the handle (which seems to be sturdy). I think the added weight from the battery bank actually adds to the durability as well. Aside from all that the LED lights on both the SOS mode and the dual brightness levels seem to work flawlessly. One thing you want to make sure of is to hold either the power or SOS button down (which ever you intend to use) for a couple seconds, this tripped me up for a second until I opened my eyes and read the label. I docked the LOFTEK's Pioneer half a star only because the charging cable it comes with doesn't have an AC adapter. This isn't a big deal for me because I can plug it into my phone charger, but it's something to keep in mind.
